How does membership work?
We offer two types of membership, the annual Gold Plan and the annual Silver Plan. The Gold Plan is purchased in one lump sum payment; you receive a month free by paying in advance. The Silver Plan is paid for in automatic monthly payments. When you purchase the Silver Plan you authorize Hummingbird Press to automatically deduct the following months payments via PayPal from your Paypal account. If you do not have a Paypal account and do not wish to set one up, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org before purchasing the listing. A download code will be emailed to you within 24 hours of your order. The download code will allow you to download files at any time.

What software can be used to customize your templates?
The templates are compatible with Photoshop and Photoshop Elements. If you have a problem opening your psd file you can contact us at email@example.com. Some forms may be in Word or Excel format, please read the description to be certain before purchasing.
Is it difficult to customize the templates?
The templates are created to be as user friendly as possible. However, you must have a basic working knowledge of Photoshop or Photoshop Elements. An Instructions.pdf is included with your purchase to help you add your photos and change layer colors.
What can be customized in the templates?
All templates are fully layered which gives you the ability to customize the text and color of all elements, including background patterns.
Are the font files included with my order?
Due to copyright laws the font files cannot be distributed. You will receive a Font List.pdf with your order that contains a list of fonts as well as the links to download them. PLEASE NOTE that all of the fonts on the list are not used in each template, you will need to open your template files to see which fonts you need. When you open your template files, a message will pop up if you’re missing fonts. Once the template files are open, look at your Layers Palette; there will be an Exclamation Point beside the fonts you’re missing. Click the url from the Font List.pdf to download needed fonts and then install them.

What may I do with the templates?
Where can I get my files printed?
All of the flat cards are formatted for Millers Lab and WHCC. Many other products are formatted specifically for Millers Lab. Please read the description to see how the template has been formatted. Most of the templates can be modified to print at other photo labs. If you have a question or need assistance please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Below is a list of various printers we recommend.
PLACING AND DOWNLOADING YOUR ORDER
Do I have to create an account?
You do not have to have an account to purchase a template. You can checkout as a guest or set up an account when you checkout. If you setup an account you can see your past orders, create a wish list and more. If you create an account, be sure to check the box under the address fields that reads “Save this address in my address book”. This is so you do not have to reenter your address when making future purchases.
If you checkout as a guest you will still need to enter your address, this is for payment verification purposes.
How are your downloadable products delivered?
If you have an account, the download link will be available immediately after your order has processed. Once the order is placed you’ll see “THANKS FOR YOUR ORDER!” near the top of the page, below that you’ll see “YOUR ORDER NUMBER IS XYZ”. Click on your order number to open the order. You’ll see the items you purchased with a link below each one. The link will open into a new page where you will download your file. Do this for each item. You will also receive an order confirmation email with your download link(s) within minutes of your order.
If you checkout as a guest you will receive an order confirmation email with your download link(s) within minutes of your order. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive the email.
How long is the download link available?
There is no time limit on the download link. However there is a maximum download limit. You can use the link twice before it expires.
My download is a zip file. What’s a zip and how do I work with it?
A zip file compresses all of the files associated with your purchase (per template) into one file. Most computers have software installed to open a zip file, either by double clicking it, or right clicking and choosing “Open File”. If you have any problems with the zip file you can email us at email@example.com.

My computer crashed. Can you resend my files?
Please backup your files. If you cannot recover your files you can email your order number to email@example.com to request duplicate files. Files are periodically updated; we cannot guarantee the files will be exactly the same as your previous order.
GIFT CERTIFICATES AND COUPON CODES
How does a digital Gift Certificate work?
When a Gift Certificate order is place, a recipient must be specified. After your order has processed the Gift Certificate will be emailed to the recipient you specified. To use a Gift Certificate, simply enter the Gift Certificate code during checkout. In the Order Confirmation section, you will see a box below your total with the heading “Redeem a Gift Certificate or Coupon”. Enter your Gift Certificate Code and press “Apply”. Please make sure your total has been updated before proceeding with your payment.
You can also view your cart and enter your Gift Certificate Code from there.
How do I check my Gift Certificate balance?
Log into your account, click on “Gift Certificates” (at the top of the screen), then click on “Check Remaining Balance”. Enter your code to get your balance.
Do Gift Certificates expire?
Yes, they expire 1 year from purchase.
Can I get a refund on a Gift Certificate?
Gift Certificates are non-refundable.
Can I purchase a Gift Certificate using a coupon code?
You cannot use a coupon code to purchase a Gift Certificate or to get a discount when purchasing a Gift Certificate. If you purchase a gift certificate using a coupon code the total amount will be charged to your account.
Where do I enter my Coupon Code?
If you have a coupon code you can enter it during checkout in the Order Confirmation section. You will see a box below your total with the heading “Redeem a Gift Certificate or Coupon”. Enter your Coupon Code and press “Apply”. Please make sure your total has been updated before proceeding with your payment.

Can you create a custom design or logo for me?
At this time we are not accepting custom design projects. However, if you have an idea for a product we’d love to hear about it. If we can fit it into our schedule we’d be happy to add it for you.
